How to Search for a Course
Go to the 'Search' page, enter keywords to search for a course, then click the Red Search button. Click the [Select] button to view more details about a course in the list.
How to Enrol on a Course Online
Search for a course (See Search for a course (See above) you can enrol online on any course that has a
purple 'e' icon
. When you've clicked the
[Select] button then click the [Add Enrolment to basket] button and follow the
on screen instructions, entering your details etc. You will have to pay for your
course using World Pay (NOTE You may be able to get money back later if you
don't ordinarily pay college enrolment fees)ine to some courses, but you can make an onlineYou can't enrol online to some courses, but you can make an online application
where you see the blue 'a' icon
. In a similar manner to Enroling you
then add the application to your basket then click View Basket at any time to
complete your application (You will then be prompted for your details). People who will be under 16 on 1st September of the year the course starts in cannot
enrol online.
Also overseas students cannot enrol online.
If you fall into any of the above categories, please just visit the college in person
to enrol.
Will I have to pay fees?
If you are studying on a part-time course and you receive one of the following benefits, or you depend financially on someone who does, you are entitled to have your tuition fees waived:
- Job Seeker's Allowance
- Income Support
- Housing Benefit
- Means-related Council Tax Rebate
- Working Tax Credit (WTC)*
- Pensions Guarantee Credit
You will, however, have to pay any awarding body/assessment fees (unless you are on a first full level 2 course).
* If you are in receipt of Working Tax Credit and you wish to claim concessionary rates please contact Customer Services who will be pleased to advise you on your entitlement. In addition, if you receive other allowances you may also be eligible to enrol at concessionary rates. If you are entitled to a fee concession you will be asked to provide proof of your entitlement.
It is essential that you inform us if your entitlement changes at any time during your course.
